Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing system developed by Mikao Usui in Japan.
Reiki translated means spiritual life force, spiritual energy or light source.
I am a trained Reiki Master and offer energy healing treatments in person or online. Treatments are performed with clients fully clothed sitting or lying down. My hands are either placed directly on or just above different energy points on the body. If the treatment is online, the person I am treating adopts a comfortable position while I perform the session through distant healing. Online sessions are provided via Zoom so I can meet my clients face to face before I start the Reiki treatment.
Energy healing works by releasing blocks in the energy field and system, thereby alleviating challenging physical and emotional symptoms being experienced in the body, mentally, physically or emotionally. This facilitates a healing process, and return to wholeness physically, mentally, emotionally or spirituality.

My clients report positive experiences from receiving Reiki and energy healing treatments, whether in person or from a distance.

I only offer Reiki and energy healing treatments to women.
​
I also provide Reiki Level 1, 2 and Master Level training privately 1-1 and in small groups.
